I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I attended the University of North Florida, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education. I then went to work as an educator at 23 years of age in the inner city of Jacksonville. I spent around seven years teaching at two different high schools, coaching the basketball and football teams, and beginning a mentorship club called Next Level Men. During that time I then earned a Master's degree in Public Administration and was hired by Flagler College to teach Human Geography. My entire career of educating young adults has taught me one aspect of life that most people never truly understand. Everyone can use a little help in life and most people will turn to someone they trust for that help. This understanding led me to become a motivational speaker and personal advisor to as many people need it, because I truly believe that each person has a chance to be happy and successful. It just takes a little help.

A big dreamer, as he is better known by his stage name 'Hollywood', has taken South Africa by storm, with his high intensive messages and work ethic. His words continue to impact hundreds of people in several Provinces of South Africa better yet, the world. Through his significant social interactive skills, Danile Tshazibane has become a game changer in his own unique way. Drawing from his own personal experiences as he relates to an unfortunate family, the absence of opportunities, scholastic struggles, and various of other obstacles. Danile allow his life to be an "open book", from which a huge amount of inspiration can be drawn, as most people from South African can relate to. He drowned when he was still a kid, that happened because of the friends he had at the time. While the typical High School learner take 12 years to finish Grade 12, it took Danile 13 years to finish. For most, failing a Grade In High School result as a dropout. For Danile, failing Grade 7 was a springboard because that was a sign of a greater level in life for him. In 2015, Danile completed his Grade 12 (Matric) from Bongani High School and decided to further his passion for Education. He got accepted to enroll in 2016 at AFDA to undergo a Bachelor's Degree for Motion Picture Medium. Danile's first year at AFDA was not easy financially, transport provision and meals. He walked 17Km/2h, almost everyday for the year 2016. There were days where there was no meals, so he'd sleep on an empty stomach. He lived at His Aunt's, who was very supportive but the circumstances was tough to get through, because the days when he needed to focus and study, they would distract him in the middle of the night for random purposes but it was a major distraction for him. As Danile progressed through his first year at University, an employee of AFDA offered him a place to stay until he graduate. To this day, Danile has had the opportunity to work hard and focus on his studies, and still motivate the youth through his intensive messages. Danile's commitment to hard work has long been standing. It all started when he realize that dreams do come true, so he went and obtained a Bachelor's Degree In Grade 12 that lead to his tertiary level of education at AFDA Cape Town. The culmination of those efforts resulted in his love for motivating people and just sharing positive messages whenever he meets people. Danile Tshazibane is the epitome of grind, discipline, confidence, determination, and success. Hundreds of followers have been able to apply the principles revealed in his motivational videos on Social Media. Danile has Produced over 400 videos on YouTube, released an est. 200 songs which he recorded, mixed and mastered by himself, with free beats On Youtube. Do you find motherhood overwhelming? Have you been doing it for a few years and are still waiting for it to get easier? I know exactly how that feels. When I found out I was going to be a mom, I was completely unprepared. Once that urine-soaked stick changed, the only thing my 30 years of experience provided was complete and utter panic. I was a teacher, for goodness sakes. I nurtured and cared for other people's children. I wasn't ready to take on my own child. Besides, I did teenagers, and it would be years before my baby would even be a tween. What was I going to do until then? On our daughter's birth day, after 5 days of labor, they handed her to me. As they laid that squalling, writhing, quivering mess on my chest, she stopped mid-yell to look at me. Through the trepidation and exhaustion, we connected. I was a mom. That's when I apologized for all the mistakes I was going to make. I spent the next decade or so worrying about messing up her life. I used all the skills I had developed as a teacher, and channeled them into parenting. I made mistakes (like forgetting the occasional birthday cake), but she seemed to recover nicely. It wasn't until I reversed engineered my college-age daughter that I recognized what a fabulous job I had done. I hadn't ruined her life. She is an impressive, energetic, intelligent, young woman (objectively speaking). Somehow, despite my abundant fears, I turned out to be an Awesome Mom. I sure wish I had known that while I was in the middle of it all. But motherhood can be pretty isolating at times. Without someone to hear your thoughts, self-perceptions never get challenged. I'm sure many of you reading this consider yourselves as merely adequate moms, which is a shame, because, in fact, you are Awesome Moms. -Awesome Moms create opportunities for their families. -Awesome Moms seek knowledge, which is power. -Awesome Moms build daughters into women, and sons into men. -Awesome Moms change the world one child at a time. -Awesome Moms make mistakes, and then correct (most of) them. -Awesome Moms try and try and try. Then they go to sleep, and in the morning they try again. That's what makes you awesome. As a Parenting Skills Coach, my job is to help you recognize that.
