Maggie Muñoz, Founder of Chiron Education Group LLC I am the youngest of 6 kids born to immigrant parents. I was born and raised in Pilsen in Chicago. I came from a highly dysfunctional home where my dad was an alcoholic and my mother was always at work, so needless to say we were of a very low socioeconomic household. I was a high school drop-out and considered a “troubled” kid. I dropped out of school my sophomore year after having been enrolled in 5 different high schools. I was very bright becoming the president of my marketing class at Jones High School in downtown Chicago and was also athletic having joined the swim team, soccer, and basketball teams; but because of my truancy and grades, I was not allowed to participate in sports. I dropped out and got my GED at 17 yrs. I married a total stranger when I was 18 yrs old and moved out of my parents’ house because I was looking to escape the dysfunction, not knowing I was getting out of the frying pan and into the fire. My “husband” was abusive in every way. I escaped but I had a child by then. I went to work for minimum wage and by God’s grace paid for my divorce, childcare, and went back to college to become a teacher. I later moved in with my childhood and high school sweetheart and we were happy for a while. We had 3 kids together then he got hooked on heavy drugs. I left him and became homeless with 4 kids, the youngest was 1 week old and the eldest was in kindergarten. I did not have “family” support but again, by God’s grace, graduated college with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a minor in psychology and got a job in Chicago Public Schools. I was a teacher for 8 years working with great middle school kids…this was my calling! I could help them in academics and also teach them life skills. I moved on to become an Educational Consultant with a large publishing company and I’ve been doing that for the past 8 years. I have volunteered at various places working with pre-teen kids and teenagers. I also give talks at various places that work with kids and mentor kids. I work with parents who have told me they didn’t know what to do and asked me to help them restore their relationships and connect with their kids. There is a saying, “No se estudia para ser padre.” (I know this has been true for many, myself included. So now I have created workshops and courses that provide parenting skills to parents, especially parents who feel they have “messed up” and feel it’s too late to learn and implement communication skills necessary to connect with their kids and for their kids to flourish and listen. I also have a curriculum for pre-teens and teenagers to teach them life skills, soft skills and leadership skills in a way that is not just another “program.” I speak at various organizations, groups and churches to provide guidance to educators, parents and adolescents/teens alike. My heart of service compels me to give from my years of experience, service and knowled

I actually haven't had public speaking anxiety since high school. In fact, I have a special recipe for public speaking, and I mostly cover valuable information that has to do with autism. The entire thing started out as an assignment at Nashville State Community College, where we each had to give a presentation on what kind of degree we were working towards, and I was brave enough to go first. I'm also an accomplished novelist with one self published book and two more manuscripts on the way.

Stacy Rossetti Real Estate Investing – My Journey, My Career My Life As a real estate investing expert and coach, I have built my name on the results I have created – for myself and for my students. Investing in real estate has changed my life, opening doors for me and my family and affording me an outlet for all my creative and entrepreneurial energy. Through scaling up a renovation company in Atlanta with hundreds of transactions to learning to invest passively through creative financing deals and storage facilities, I have not only overcome many trials and tribulations, but systematized and organized my days so that I can run several successful businesses. Day after day, I work hard at what I do, striving to stay ahead of the curve by building on my knowledge and making shrewd decisions. This did not happen overnight, of course. My early days in real estate were slow, exhausting and hard, but little by little, I earned a sense of what worked and what I needed to do to achieve consistent results. Because I taught myself all this learning through experience and mentors, the process was gradual and required the utmost diligence on my part. Today, I own and operate REI USA and StorageNerds. REI USA is an online education and networking platform that is exactly the tool that I would have wanted when I was getting my start, something that aspiring and established investors can turn to, a means to cutting your learning curve dramatically. Together my husband Pete and I currently own and operate eight storage facilities. Investing in self-storage is our passion and how we have decided to build wealth. It is the best kept secret in the investing world and I don’t know why more are not investing in it. In addition to investing in real estate myself, I have since discovered another passion in my life – coaching and empowering others. Whenever I see that I have guided someone toward a breakthrough or helped them to transform themselves professionally, I feel deep fulfillment, confident that I am on the right path and reinvigorated to go out and do even more. As a coach and teacher, I specialize in helping my students navigate real estate investing, rehabbing, and storage facilities. These are all complex, involved topics, but I have honed my ability to communicate the intricacies – and found ways to demystify them efficiently. Seeing the light go off in my students’ eyes, I know that the magic is happening, and in everyone I teach, I recognize myself – wide-eyed, hopeful, firmly believing in all the opportunities that real estate investing can present. For years, I have connected with my students through workshops, offering a glimpse into the thought processes and techniques that have led to my success. In order to share my knowledge with as large an audience as possible, I have currently expanding beyond person-to-person coaching, developing a Self-Storage Investing mastermind and group coaching mentorship called StorageNerds. This mastermind draw on my

International Motivational Speaker | Corporate Keynote Specialist | The Disruption Coach
India
Simerjeet Singh does not teach change from a textbook. He teaches it from a life repeatedly rebuilt by choice. Before becoming a globally sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, change, innovation, growth mindset and organizational transformation, Simerjeet spent eight years building an international hospitality career across Australia, the United States, India, Dubai and the United Kingdom. Then, at 27, he walked away from the predictable path, returned to India and began again. There was no inherited platform, network or ready-made profession waiting for him. So he built one. Known globally as The Disruption Coach, Simerjeet has spent nearly two decades helping leaders, teams and organizations rethink what is possible. He has worked with more than 500 organizations and addressed audiences representing over 80 nationalities across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Australia and North America. His clients include Deloitte, Mercer, Oracle, Siemens, ADP, Qualcomm, Toyota, Volvo, Pfizer, Novartis, Novo Nordisk and IHG Hotels & Resorts, among many others. From innovation conferences in Las Vegas and leadership gatherings in the Gulf to packed auditoriums in Singapore and senior executive meetings in India, his work travels easily across industries, cultures and levels of leadership. His address may be in Jalandhar, Punjab. His stage rarely is. By building an international speaking business from a Tier-2 Indian city, Simerjeet has become a living example of the ideas he shares: think differently, question inherited assumptions, use technology intelligently and design success around your values rather than somebody else’s definition of status. His influence extends far beyond the conference stage. His videos have collectively crossed 100 million views, his YouTube community exceeds 1.7 million subscribers, and his recent short-form content on Facebook and Instagram has generated more than four million views. He is a three-time TEDx speaker and has been invited four times to address international youth and leadership gatherings at the United Nations ESCAP Centre in Bangkok. But numbers tell only part of the story. Simerjeet’s keynotes are not lectures with motivational decoration. They are carefully designed human experiences combining business insight, lived experience, storytelling, humour, poetry, metaphors, reflection, movement, music, meditation and audience participation. Whether he has 15 minutes or 90, his aim is not merely to make people feel better. It is to help them see differently, and act differently. His most requested programmes explore embracing change, transformational leadership, innovation mindset, growth mindset, future readiness, collaboration, organizational culture and human leadership in the age of AI. He helps organizations confront the questions that strategies alone cannot answer: How do we change before circumstances force us to? How do we make innovation everybody’s responsibility? How do leaders create ownership rather than compliance? How do human beings remain relevant as technology becomes more powerful? Featured by leading business publications and speaker platforms among India’s top motivational speakers and most in-demand keynote speakers for corporate events, Simerjeet brings something increasingly rare to the stage: credibility without stiffness, depth without complexity and energy without theatrics. He does not merely ask audiences to follow their highest calling. His life is evidence that it can be done—and that a career built around one’s deepest talents can also become commercially successful, globally relevant and profoundly useful. His central message is simple: Do not wait for disruption. Reinvent before you have to; and lead change before change leads you.
