Mike Breeze is a leadership speaker, best-selling author, and creator of Behavior Follows Reinforcement™—a practical approach to understanding why people do what they do and how leaders influence the behavior around them. Every leader is reinforcing behavior, whether they realize it or not. Through what they say, what they don't say, what they recognize, what they tolerate, and what they consistently follow through on, leaders are constantly shaping expectations, accountability, ownership, and performance. Mike helps leaders recognize those often-overlooked patterns and understand why teams don't always do what leaders expect. His work explores how communication, expectations, perception, and reinforcement influence workplace behavior—and why repeated mistakes, inconsistent execution, and accountability problems often continue despite a leader's best efforts to correct them. Through his keynote, What You're Reinforcing: Why Behavior Follows Reinforcement™, Mike combines humor, storytelling, audience interaction, and practical leadership insight to give audiences a different way of looking at the behaviors happening inside their organizations. Rather than another list of leadership tips or motivational slogans, Mike gives leaders a new lens for understanding behavior—helping them identify what they may be unintentionally reinforcing and what needs to change to produce better results. Mike has spoken for organizations and conferences across the country, including ProMedica, Sonic Corporation, Bridgestone Tires, Cadence Aerospace, Ben E. Keith, RE/MAX, and others. He is also the author of Behavior Follows Reinforcement, which expands on the leadership philosophy at the center of his work.

My Name is Deepali Parmar, I live with my 13-year-old unschooling son and our Furry Mistress Peaches Paws in Pune. I embody effortless living as a multipotentialite creative and an HSP. I practice and live as an Artist, a Thespian, a Poet, a Storyteller, a Single Mother, an Unschooler, and a Teacher of a Course in Miracles. A longer note on my journey - there is NO tragedy that has not lived itself through me due to my HSP trait, I seemed to easily embody anything I heard, felt, or saw. At the same time, there were no heights of bliss and peace, joy and happiness that did not bestow themselves upon me again due to the same HSP, highly sensitive, an empathic trait that lives in my DNA. My share of tragedy came in the form of childhood trauma due to neglectful parents, 2 divorces - the first being non-consummate, the second left m with a beautiful child who again turned out to be an HSP. Add to that a high drive for creative expression in more than 5 different mediums left me with anxiety attacks, a habit of worrying and overthinking, acute IBD, and multiple health issues. Add some more - being broke may have been a lifestyle I invented and having little to no trust in life's mystical ways made me an epic example of "failure". Despite all this, I continuously had major mystical moments all throughout. That was until I turned 44, when I stopped, rather, "it" stopped itself in me and prompted me to DO nothing. What this "doing nothing" looked like was a lot of doing something to stay in the stillness of each "now" moment that opened up. This "it", I call an automatic way of being - given by the linear and popular narrative of one's storyline. In 2016 this story ended itself over 3 months of Presence-based focused painting, drama exercises, and writing that started themselves in me. When I said, "I am done" and completely gave up trying to fix my problems. That's when the art, theater, dance, music, and poetry, I was engaged and obsessed with since I was 8 showed up in a while new way, totally integrating all the forms of expressions in a seamless one and bringing me right HOME into that ONE True Self I always knew I was meant to be. Within months my health got better, I had the best projects and work I ever dreamed of, and above all my relationship with the mystery of life and God became, let's say, Perfect. From that day onwards I began to receive everything I needed or wanted just in time. Not a moment earlier or later. I came in touch with ACIM - A Course in Miracles in 2019 and that tied everything up in a neat explanation and further reinforced what all the drama in my first 44 years was all about. I met myself where I was. I consider that as my core job - to, every day simply meet myself where I am, embrace and bless myself and extend the same to others. All my life's needs are met as I keep doing this. I have created THE CREATIVE CURE - a series of videos that simply share every story of transformation I have ever experienced.

Sherisse is the embodiment of everything she stands for authentic strength, loyalty and empowerment. Although, the journey to get to there did not come easy. Growing up in a volatile household and as a woman of colour in a predominantly white area added understandable hardships and like all young women, Sherisse faced unwanted attention. In addition, she was undermined by society for being outspoken in her opinion rather than playing to the expected norm of being “seen and not heard”. Understandably she was forced to build resilience, and as a result, at 23 she noticed that she had difficulty showing vulnerability and emotions. Sherisse realised that this was not a healthy way to live, with this in mind, she decided to embark upon her own journey of self discovery. Combining her self evolution, education and life experiences, Sherisse has gained tools that have helped her to release the pain of her past, understand and conceptualise her emotions and regain true authentic strength. These tools, which consist of meditation and mindset work, journaling and mindful movement have shaped her into the empowered confident woman she is today. These practices have had a tremendous impact in her life. Sherisse believes by sharing these tools with others with the incorporation of dance, through her workshops, classes and programs will in turn, help whomever she teaches become the healthiest, happiest and most confident versions of themselves.

Co-founder, Lead Teacher
Co-Founder of Rebel Human, Jenny Arrington trained under Harvard neuroscientist, Dr. Srini Pillay, is certified under both the Kundalini Research Institute and the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT®, YACEP®), and serves as Wellness Advisor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Jenny Arrington integrates ancient tools with the modern science of neurocoaching to help her students pierce the veneer of performative wellness. Her goal is to build her students’ competency in resilience, equanimity, and transcendence so they can break free from the status quo of their lives and find authentic, lasting joy. After a decades-long struggle with clinical depression and eating disorders she found a combination of somatic therapy, asana, meditation, and neurocoaching that finally gave her the ability to process past trauma and heal. It was through these challenges and the healing that Jenny found her calling as a teacher. Jenny has taught internationally in Iceland and at the International Yoga Festival in France. She’s worked with Fortune 500 companies, and has been featured in publications including US News & World Report, Chicago Tribune, Shape, CS, and Chicago Magazine to name a few. Her first book, The Kundalini Yoga Posture Manual: A Comprehensive Guide to Teaching and Practicing the Postures, was published in 2019. Jenny’s unique approach to teaching is informed by her varied experiences, whether it be swimming with sharks, moving up the ranks in Shark Tank, leading a team of student archaeologists in Pompeii, moderating her YPO young adult forum group, scuba diving at 200ft depths, pitching her product at the MIT Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, teaching at her monthly fundraiser, chairing a non-profit board, meditating for seven hours, hanging upside down in an aerial silk 25 ft in the air, or running a marathon. When Jenny is not teaching and developing programming you might find her on the flying trapeze or spinning upside down in the aerial silk because as she likes to say, “I try to do something that scares me at least once every day.”
