Starting when Doc was seven years old, his father was his coach in different league sports including baseball, basketball and football. He learned about coaching by watching and assisting his father and asking questions and having coaching conversations. Years later, in high school, Doc volunteered as an elementary school basketball coach and later he worked as a counselor helping children in grades K-6. In college, he made a start as a stand up comedian by producing a comedy show in Blacksburg, Virginia while majoring in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in acting at Virginia Tech University’s School Of Performing Arts. He also DJed and hosted a music radio show at the university radio station WUVT FM. The stand up comedy show was a big hit, and in its second year, moved to another venue adjacent to the university campus downtown. He toured the United States and Canada as a standup comedian and stage hypnotist, headlining comedy clubs, colleges, and companies, while appearing on morning radio shows around the nation. Conversations with a friend who was also a professional comedian inspired him relocate from his home state of Virginia to Haight Ashbury in San Francisco, California. In 1998, his agent landed him an audition at the the famous Improv in Hollywood on Melrose Avenue. He was one of twelve comedians selected from a field of over two thousand auditioners worldwide who performed in the New Faces Of Comedy Showcase at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal Canada. Later, he was invited to New York City to perform on Comedy Central’s Two Drink Minimum with comedians Jake Johanssen, Mark Maron and Dave Atell. While on tour, he recorded a sold out headline show at the Funnybone in Boise, Idaho which led to the release of a 70 minute live stand up comedy album titled 'Global Village Idiot'. Doc was also invited to be a performing artist for Laughing Hyena Records and has been featured on four of the label's professional stand up comedy various artists albums. He added a second career after being offered the roles of Director of Personnel Development and Director Of New Products And Services for a nationally known health and wellness company. While there, he worked as the executive business coach to the senior leadership team, composed of 16 owner-supervisors and the lead trainer for programs for the company employees. In 2001, he moved to Los Angeles, California to work with Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers and to continue his work as a professional entertainer. Jimmy Clare
Jimmy Clare

Founder

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Jimmy Clare is an autistic keynote speaker, podcaster, and founder of CrazyFitnessGuy®, a wellness platform that makes neurodiversity, mental health, and sustainable habits practical for everyday life. Growing up autistic with a non‑verbal learning disorder, Jimmy was bullied in school, faced multiple surgeries and health challenges, and was often told what he would never be able to do. Instead of letting those experiences define him, he learned to turn adversity into fuel and now helps audiences do the same. Through his keynotes and the CrazyFitnessGuy® Show, Jimmy blends lived experience, humor, and clear frameworks to help people build realistic habits, rethink what “healthy” can look like, and support neurodivergent colleagues, students, and family members more effectively. His sessions translate big ideas about inclusion, resilience, and wellness into small, concrete actions that busy people can actually use. Jimmy likes to joke that he is “the poor Matt Damon of the speaking world”—no Hollywood budget, no stunt doubles, just a real guy who shows up, tells the truth, and helps people laugh while they rethink what they are capable of. Event organizers value his no‑fluff style, professionalism, and flexibility. He collaborates on goals and audience needs, adapts to different room setups and formats, and delivers engaging content that works for both students and professionals. Jimmy is a strong fit for events focused on autism and neurodiversity, mental health and wellness, bullying and resilience, and inclusive workplace culture.

Paul Kilgore
Paul Kilgore

Physician-Epidemiologist, Professor, CDC-Trained Disease Detective | MD, MPH, FACP

Detroit, Michigan

Dr. Paul Kilgore is a board-certified internist, physician-epidemiologist, and physician practicing longevity medicine — and the creator of the DETECTIVE Method™, a 9-step evidence-based framework that translates the science of disease prevention into a personal health strategy anyone can use to live longer and healthier. He is the founder of Quantitative Health (drpaulkilgore.com), where he has built one of the most comprehensive evidence-based longevity ecosystems available directly to the public: 32+ physician-designed AI health tools, two structured courses, a 7-volume checklist library, and a tiered longevity medicine consultation practice. He hosts the "Ask Dr. Paul" podcast and is the author of more than 150 peer-reviewed publications. Born in Detroit, Dr. Kilgore earned his M.D. from Wayne State University in 1991 after completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor before moving to Atlanta to work at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) — where he served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer, the elite federal "Disease Detective" corps trained to investigate outbreaks in real time — and at the Atlanta Veterans Administration Hospital. For 12 years he lived overseas and conducted clinical and field research on the most pressing public health and infectious disease challenges of our time across more than 30 countries in Asia, Africa, and South America. He has served as a principal investigator on COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials and conducted research on the Flint Water Crisis. National media including CBS News' The Takeout with Major Garrett and WDET's Detroit Today regularly feature him for his ability to translate complex health science into clear, actionable guidance. In January 2025 he delivered a keynote at Les Rencontres Scientifiques in Monaco. In 2017, Dr. Kilgore was elected a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) in recognition of his expertise and contributions to medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine, a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a Professor at Wayne State University with 36 years of clinical experience. What audiences get from a Kilgore keynote: a speaker who has done the science, written the papers, run the trials, sat at the bedside, built the tools, and worked across cultures and continents — and hands attendees a working library of frameworks and tools they can use the moment the talk ends. In his spare time, Dr. Kilgore actively trains for Sprint, Olympic, and Half-Ironman triathlons (Swimming/Biking/Running) — a personal commitment to the longevity science he teaches.

N/A

New York, New York

Giovanni Brees is a founder, product strategist, author, and speaker. He builds companies that run on AI systems instead of big teams. 25 years of product launches and half a billion dollars raised For more than 25 years, his work has revolved around product launches and driving revenue growth - for small and medium-sized businesses, groundbreaking startups, and multinationals alike. He ran a boutique agency that marketed some of the best-known brands in the world, and a product validation and launch operation that took more than 4,500 products to market and helped founders raise over 500 million USD through crowdfunding alone, reaching audiences of hundreds of millions. Along the way, he became a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies and an advisor on product launches, new market entries, and strategic growth for leading companies including Bain, P&G, and WordPress. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and Mashable. Then he rebuilt everything Twenty-five years of launches, validations, and agency work gave him one clear insight: the bottleneck is always the same. People. Time. Overhead. So when he exited the agency business, he refused to do the obvious thing - build another one, bigger. He rebuilt everything instead. Today, he runs Meet Oscar and CiteEngine with no full-time employees - only AI agents that handle outreach, content, pipelines, and operations autonomously. Every day. Whether he is in the room or not. And now he is building KentoHQ - the infrastructure that lets other businesses do the same: a roster of AI teammates with verification built in and a human decision at every boundary that matters. The books He wrote the operating manual for this way of working. The Zero-Employee Company is the book on replacing headcount with AI agents: how to turn roles into systems, wire them together, trust but verify their output, and keep human judgment exactly where it belongs. No hype, no dream-selling - the real model, including the parts that break. He is also the author of The Crowdfunding Quick Guide (2024 and 2026 Editions), drawn from the campaigns behind more than half a billion dollars raised. Speaking and advisory He speaks and advises on AI-first operations, zero-employee businesses, product launches, go-to-market strategy, and crowdfunding - for founders who want leverage without headcount, and for companies that want to understand what work looks like when systems do the doing and humans do the judging.
