I was originally born in Spain. At the age of nineteen I came to the U.S. believing in the american dream. I was the first in my family to go to college, but as a girl I was told that I should "just have children." I seemed to have a knack for languages, law, and the fine arts, but my mind rebelled all the time. I wanted to create and learn the sciences. In high-school I failed English, Physics and Mathematics and I was told I would not amount to anything. I have since then talk more than seven languages, trained for the FBI academy, work at NASA as an engineer student, and at marine laboratories, hospitals, and even served in the U.S. Army. I wanted to become an astronaut or pilot, and almost did if it was not for my role as a mother. I have helped thousands of students here in the U.S. and overseas to open their horizons and dream the impossible and achieve the impossible as scientists, entrepreneurs, nursing students, or astronomers. My mission in life is to reprogrammed in students and people I coach old habits and wrong patterns and beliefs so they can share their own light into the world. Presently, I speak in events, published books around the world, and work as a professor serving health care students.

He is a prolific marketing speaker both here and overseas and has graced the stage at some of the largest digital marketing conferences including Retail Global and Pubcon. Jim is equally comfortable holding intimate round table workshops as he is hosting hundreds in large conference halls. Full of boundless energy, Jim injects passion and humour into each of his talks and his enthusiasm for digital marketing means his talks are informative and entertaining. Attendees of Jim’s talks take away years of industry insights, tried and trusted techniques, future trends, and digital marketing strategies that can be used to accelerate business growth. Jim also offers the opportunity to have personalised site audits conducted at the event that deliver invaluable insight into missed opportunities for your site and what you can do to increase traffic and revenue. Jim is a proponent for the next evolution of Google marketing, one that places an emphasis on building your brand over the antiquated notion that building backlinks will increase business growth. Law 3 (Law of the Mind) of ‘The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing’ states that, “It’s not important to be the first in the market but the first in the mind of consumers.” Jim believes that this notion is now a ranking factor in Google’s algorithm. Google knows who is searching your brand, when they are searching and more importantly, why they are searching. A solid brand authority combined with an optimised website will increase your rankings, as Google will be confident in placing your brand before consumers due to a superior user experience.
