Hello reader, I am a Security Analyst specialized in Detection Engineering, with a strong focus on understanding threats end to end and how different security teams collaborate across the security lifecycle. I began my career at Deloitte as an intern, where I gained hands-on experience with social engineering techniques and learned how significantly these threats can impact a multinational organization. After completing my internship, I continued with Deloitte as a Security Analyst, working with the same client and deepening my technical and analytical skills. Later, at Getronics, I further developed my investigation capabilities and expanded my knowledge across multiple areas, including vulnerability scanning, ISO 27000 controls, basic cyber threat intelligence tasks, customer-facing activities, and the practical application of the MITRE ATT&CK framework. I also took on increasing levels of responsibility, which strengthened my overall security mindset. These experiences enabled me to move into a Detection Engineer role, where I broadened my scope within cybersecurity. In this position, I analyzed current threat behaviors and designed detection rules and alerts to identify potential exploitation attempts before they escalate. Currently, at isolutions, I am focused on building a Cloud Security Operations capability from the ground up. My work includes incident response, designing standards, defining ways of working and playbooks, and researching automation opportunities to improve security investigations and response. My main goal is to enhance SecOps efficiency without compromising investigation quality. I am fully aware that there is always room for improvement, and continuous learning is something I actively pursue. Outside of cybersecurity, I spend my free time coaching and playing basketball. This has reinforced my team-oriented mindset, whether I’m working within SecOps or on the court. Best regards, Cristian

Conflict ROI Architect: Navigating Dark Personalities, Intersectionality, and the Future of Human Work
Portland, Oregon
Conflict isn't just a communication breakdown; it’s a neural one. Most leaders treat conflict as an inevitable cost of doing business, but in reality, it’s a massive leak in your productivity. On average, every employee loses 2.8 hours per week navigating workplace friction. For a mid-sized team, that is hundreds of hours of paid time annually drained by everything from everyday misunderstandings and toxic personalities to the complexities of disability accommodations and the stress of adopting new technology. For owners and HR directors, that is a staggering amount of lost capital and human potential. As a 3x TEDx speaker and conflict resolution architect, I show organizations how to reclaim that time. My work is built on a proprietary neural framework: Processing (Neural) + Interpretation (Conflict) + Behavior (Resolution) By training teams to understand that processing is physiological and interpretation is where conflict takes hold, I provide a clear path to behavioral resolution that scales. Beyond standard skills training, I specialize in high-stakes intersections: from disability belonging and trauma-informed leadership to my specialized series on skillful termination and more. Backed by a track record of developing trainings that help businesses reduce costs and improve ROI, including speaking engagements at SHRM and SIOP, I am currently bridging the gap between human psychology and innovation. I am leading a team to develop an AI framework designed to dismantle systems of oppression and boost human effectiveness. My goal is simple: I transform those 2.8 hours of lost time and the stress it brings into skillful interactions that reduce costs, protect your culture, and produce an ROI that makes sense.
