I am Amercia Morris, a Liberation Framework Builder, Author, and Community Advocate based in Buffalo, New York. My work is dedicated to healing generational fear through the integration of science, theology, and lived truth. With over thirty years of experience, I help individuals, communities, and organizations break the cycle of inherited trauma, fear-based theology, and systemic conditioning that stifles true living. I draw on neuroscience, liberation theology, and personal testimony to show that the fear many believe defines them was actually installed by external forces and can be overcome. Through keynotes, workshops, panels, and organizational consulting, I focus on four core areas: Generational Trauma and Healing, Identity Reclamation and Liberation, Racial Bias and Systemic Advocacy, and Community Impact and Social Change. I am the author of nine books, including "Unchained Mind: A Liberation Philosophy for Breaking Generational Fear and Reclaiming Divine Purpose," and the founder of Luxorae and the WNY Community Impact Collective, both serving underserved communities on Buffalo's East Side. Hasan Tayem is a Jordanian blind human rights advocate, competitive marathon runner, and entrepreneur who has spoken at the United Nations, Mobile World Congress, the Global Disability Summit, and platforms across four continents. He is the Founder and CEO of All Access World, the first global marketplace dedicated to assistive technology. Before building his company, he worked with UNICEF Jordan on youth inclusion and diversity, consulted for assistive technology companies across the Middle East and Europe, and contributed to international dialogues on human trafficking at the OSCE. As a blind distance runner, Hasan has completed over one hundred races in forty countries and won two medals at the East Asian Paralympic Games. He is currently training for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games in the 1,500 metres. In February 2026, he chaired the session "Urgency to Dignity: Fast and Inclusive Crisis Response" at the Zero Project Conference at the United Nations Office in Vienna, where the room was moved to tears. He studies Master of Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at the University of Padova and speaks Arabic, English, and Italian. His speaking style is direct, warm, and rooted in personal narrative. Adrian Miller, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), is a two-time James Beard Award-winning culinary author, certified barbecue judge, and recovering attorney based in Denver, Colorado. As a Certified Speaking Professional, the highest earned designation from the National Speakers Association, he is recognized for sustained excellence, professionalism, and impact on the speaking stage. A graduate of Stanford University and Georgetown University Law Center, Adrian began his career in public service. From 1999 to 2001, he served as a special assistant to President Bill Clinton with the Initiative for One America – the first free-standing office in the White House to address issues of racial, religious and ethnic reconciliation. He later worked as a senior policy analyst for Colorado Governor Bill Ritter Jr. Adrian has authored four acclaimed books examining soul food, barbecue history, and the stories of chefs who shaped presidential cuisine. His work has earned two James Beard Awards and numerous national honors. His most recent book, Cooking to the President’s Taste, published by the White House Historical Association in 2025, expands his scholarship into Asian heritage chefs in White House history.
