Devidasa Kawal is an executive advisor, author, and cultural strategist. As Founder and Principal of Kawal Advisory Group, she offers private advisory for founders, chief executives, and boards at moments of consequence. Her work centers on the conditions that must be in place before ambition can scale: clear decision rights, real organizational capacity, and the steadiness a leadership team needs when the stakes are highest.
