Terry is a Business Scaling Coach, speaker, and writer who is Founder and CEO of The Resolve Firm. Since 1993 he has helped leaders in small to Fortune 500 companies to have more fun, make more money, and do more good.
He specializes in helping leaders solve the Business Conundrums that they encounter along the way to actualizing their goals.
Doc holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and he has been interviewed as an expert on leadership and organizational high performance by publications such as USA Today, Forbes.com, CFO Magazine, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
He has served on the faculty of the U.S Chamber of Commerce executive training program and the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards committee of the Georgia Psychological Association. He has also served on numerous Boards of Advisers, and is currently most active helping to develop young entrepreneurs at the Kennesaw State University Entrepreneurship Center.
In his spare time Doc is widely known as a man who puts the "harm" in harmonica--he plays in an Allman Brothers tribute band that regularly packs venues in Atlanta and the Southeast. He is a former professional musician who received the Lucille Award from B.B. King himself.
