Neville Diony was born in West Africa, in 1981, the last of five children. His parents separated when Neville was just a little over a year old. He and his four other siblings - two brothers and two sisters - were raised by his mother. The majority of Neville's childhood was spent in Cameroon, with mostly his very immediate family, where his mother was a primary school teacher. When Neville was about 17-year-old, his mother sent him to the United States for further education. Before enrolling in his bachelor's program, Neville spent 2 years in the United States Army before being medically discharged due to severe back problems.
He attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia, in Philadelphia, and graduated with a B.Sc. in Film and Digital Video Production. Upon graduation from The Art Institute, Neville pursued and obtained his Master's in Business Administration at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, where he focused on Marketing and Finance.
Neville and Stella got married in February of 2016, shortly after the two had just reconnected after being distanced for more than 25 years apart. Unable to secure quality employment, Neville decided to become an entrepreneur, opening and running a restaurant in Philadelphia. Financially - and with the restaurant demanding a little more than anticipated capital funds, things were not so good for the newlywed couple. The couple decided to abandon the restaurant business while Neville became active with his writings of both fictional films and inspiring books.
"Forget Norms" is the first published book from Neville, who had taken a break from films and directing movies and TV series', to establish himself as an author. He currently resides in Missouri City, TX with his wife and children, while working as the Director of Operations with a local online TV and Radio station - Cryout Radio TV.
Neville's hobbies include writing, watching football, or anything sports-related.
