Speaking about how being culturally displaced in a society that doesn't always feel safe, can cause childhood trauma. Recognising the power of forgiveness, compassion, and resilience. Reconnecting with our hearts instead of our minds, whilst learning how powerful the healing journey is, as it allows us to change our story to one that is aligned with a life of our choosing. This presentation takes us on a personal journey, that speaks to black and brown people who struggle with self-acceptance and are challenged by their identity. The experience of this presentation cultivates an experience of being seen, heard, and understood.
