Aderonke Ojumu

I am a purpose signpost. I point and redirect people to their Life’s purpose. I have a talent for helping youths and teenagers to discern their purpose and tap into their deep potentials for the fulfilment of that purpose. I know the struggles of trying to find what you have been specially crafted to do and how challenging it can be to make an impact in the midst of all the distractions in the world.

I founded Becoming YOU Academy, a life coaching institute, to help create an easier path to purpose discovery and attainment. For over 2 years, I have collaborated with coaches, schools, and industry professionals to help realize this vision.

I am the convener of the yearly Bold Step Conference for youths, career professionals and business owners. I also came up with the Dream, Build, Lead and Impact program for teenagers, all for the same big goal. In addition, I work with start-ups to coach their employees to help align them with the vision of their organization. I am passionate about people and my joy is to patiently help them unleash their potentials and be the best version of themselves.
