We get so caught in every day life and the expectations of loved ones and colleagues that we totally miss to listen to ourselves. So in my speech I'll talk about how I found back my own inner beat when I got lost outside of Honolulu all on my own and discovered some rhythm. I will talk and drum on my Japanese (Taiko) drum.
