Bio

Adrienne White has taught and presented to thousands of people from around the world on topics that range from leadership, to communication, to public speaking – most always with the brain in mind. She is a trusted advisor and coach who brings a genuine passion for advancing the potential and well being of women.

Her corporate work includes over 20 years experience in the private and non‐profit sectors helping large and small organizations navigate successful major change, improve communications, and bring out the best in people -- while improving performance and well-being.

The ridiculous amount of personal and professional change in her life has prepared her well to work with people and organizations to make change successful and easy (or as easy as change can be).

With health concerns that nearly ended her, Adrienne knows what it means to overcome challenges and deal with very personal change. She has lived through and recovered from brain injury. Perhaps that is why her fascination with the brain runs so deep.

Adrienne is driven to help people dig deep to uncover their inner brilliance. She focuses her work with smart, professional women who are silently struggling with transitions, burnout, or that feeling of ‘is this all there is’. She helps them to quickly generate more energy, get better results, and get clear on how to create a life worthy of living.

Thriving Through Change

The human impact of change in the workplace can be devastating. It doesn't have to be. In this workshop, attendees will learn how to unlock hidden barriers to change, and increase the success of navigating change.

Attendees will learn the process, step-by-step, to help the brain & body deal more easily with change, and build better brain health along the way.

Once they understand how the brain can hijack their best intentions — and the steps for stopping it— they’ll have the basics needed to create a personalized plan for dealing with change with less stress on their brain.
