Meditate for Intimacy
What is the first thing you think of when you hear intimacy? If you can see a picture of a bedroom then you’re close but intimacy is much more than that. It does not start or end in the bedroom. We can find healthy intimacy everywhere, at home, at work, on the street and in social interaction. Skills of intimacy is key for good communication in our business, and private life. Meditation is the most intimate thing one can do and practice. Before you think of a bedroom with someone you should ask yourself: Where do you stand when it comes to intimacy with yourself? *how meditation and intimacy are connected? *why are we so disconnected from our body? *if you want to improve your spiritual practice you need to start with your own body *issues in your bedroom? bring your intimacy focus somewhere else
F@ck should and Meditate, Free your mind
Take few minutes, check in with your life. All areas: your relationship, career, financials, family and friends, your age. Tell me where you should be by now? Okay now, deep breath in and exhale all the way, and allow yourself to drop all the social expectations, all the learnt behaviours. And now, again, think of all areas of your life and tell me where you are. *mindset is everything *meditate to become mindful *become mindful by meditating *choosing your own thoughts are key for freedom
