Most workplace training gets forgotten by the next day. Mine doesn’t. I deliver bespoke workshops, presentations and one-to-one coaching for organisations, teams, managers and leaders, sitting at the intersection of public speaking, negotiation, influence, leadership and practical psychology. I’m a practicing litigation and commercial lawyer specialising in contract negotiation. I’m also a Personal Transformation and Leadership Coach, and a Facilitator and Trainer at Tony Robbins events and community. Why that combination matters: I’m not teaching theory from the sidelines. I’m still inside the corporate world, working with pressure, deadlines, stakeholders, risk, difficult conversations and negotiation in real time. The skills I teach are the skills I use. I bring the neurolinguistic tools and energy of a Tony Robbins room, where keeping people engaged isn't an afterthought — it's the design.
