About
Most workplace training gets forgotten by the next day. Mine doesn’t. I deliver bespoke workshops, presentations and one-to-one coaching for organisations, teams, managers and leaders, sitting at the intersection of public speaking, negotiation, influence, leadership and practical psychology. I’m a practicing litigation and commercial lawyer specialising in contract negotiation. I’m also a Personal Transformation and Leadership Coach, and a Facilitator and Trainer at Tony Robbins events and community. Why that combination matters: I’m not teaching theory from the sidelines. I’m still inside the corporate world, working with pressure, deadlines, stakeholders, risk, difficult conversations and negotiation in real time. The skills I teach are the skills I use. I bring the neurolinguistic tools and energy of a Tony Robbins room, where keeping people engaged isn't an afterthought — it's the design. Put those together and you get training that changes how a room thinks, responds and acts.
Contract Negotiation, Leadership and Public Speaking
Workshop, Training, Session • Can be delivered in half a day or in 3 separate workshops of 1.5 hours format
A commercially grounded workshop for teams who need to negotiate better deals, lead stronger conversations and present ideas with greater impact. Most people treat negotiation, leadership and presenting as separate skills. In real business situations, they are deeply connected. Before a contract is negotiated, an idea has to be presented clearly. Before a team can perform, a leader has to communicate in a way that creates ownership. Before a deal can move forward, people need to understand what matters, what is at stake and why the outcome is worth saying yes to. This programme brings those skills together. Drawing on my background as a practising litigation and commercial lawyer specialising in contract negotiation, alongside my work as a coach, NLP practitioner and Facilitator and Trainer within Tony Robbins events and community, this workshop combines commercial reality with practical psychology, leadership tools and high-impact communication. Participants learn how to negotiate contracts and deals with greater confidence, influence clients and stakeholders more effectively, lead teams with clarity and ownership, and present offers, business cases and proposals in a way that lands before the negotiation even begins. This session can be delivered as a half-day or full-day intensive, or split into three separate workshops focused on negotiation, leadership and public speaking, depending on the organisation’s needs.

Resilience: Dealing with Change & Uncertainty
Keynote, Workshop, Training • 1 hour Presentation or 1.5 hour workshop
This workshop starts with fire: a powerful visual and interactive exercise that shows what happens when people are put under pressure, and how quickly focus narrows when all they can see is the problem in front of them. From there, the session explores how we actually respond to change and uncertainty, not how we think we should respond. The session is built around one central idea: two people can face the same situation and have completely different experiences of it. The difference is often found in focus, emotional state, responsibility and the small adjustments they make along the way. I use a “two-degree adjustment” principle borrowed from navigation: a tiny correction, made early and consistently, can change the entire destination. Participants leave with practical tools to: 1. Recognise their state under pressure Spotting the physical and mental signs of stress, overwhelm or reactivity before they take over, and learning how to shift state in the moment. 2. Move from blame to responsibility Focusing energy on what they can influence, control or do next, rather than staying stuck in blame, frustration or problem-focus. 3. Build resilience through small adjustments Using simple, repeatable tools to regain clarity, zoom out, make better decisions and take constructive action during periods of change or uncertainty. This session is especially relevant for teams navigating organisational change, restructuring, increased workload, uncertainty, pressure or shifting priorities. It has been delivered in person and online to groups of up to 180 people and draws on my background as a litigation and commercial lawyer, alongside my work as a, NLP Practitioner & Coach as well as Facilitator and Trainer within Tony Robbins events and community, where state, focus, participation and practical action are central to the training environment.
