About
As a practicing minimalist, business owner, & tiny home dweller, I talk the talk and walk the walk!
Saving Time For Joy
Time is our most precious commodity. Everyone wants a piece of it, and managing it is a full-time job. The daily grind has us running from one commitment to another, keeping us in a constant cycle of busyness. We sacrifice our needs while trying to "catch up," hoping we'll eventually find the time to slow down and enjoy life. But what if you didn't have to wait? Saving Time For Joy will challenge how you view time management, the myth of work-life balance, and the limiting beliefs that sabotage your ability to reserve space in your day so contentment and joy can flourish. You will be encouraged to overcome four limiting beliefs about time, understand how a habit of unrealistic planning is a thief of joy, learn how to amplify your priorities over busy work, and identify ways to save time for joy every day!
Organized To Free
Staying organized and productive can be challenging for even the most highly motivated individuals. Advertisements and social media tell us what organized is supposed to look & feel like, but when we try to achieve that ideal in our lives, it can feel misaligned and hard to maintain. I will show you how Minimalism can be used as a productivity & organizing compass and how my clients have used it to make lasting changes to their everyday lives that have saved precious time, energy, and money. Organized to Free is about learning how to let go, creating personal freedom, and living more intentionally!
Tiny Dreams
Do you ever dream of owning less— a lot less? The American tiny home and nomadic dream is alive and well, but it can appear out of reach or unrealistic for the average person. I will share my experience of moving from 1,400 square feet to 180 square feet in two years and what it is like living a tiny nomadic life— the good and the bad! Even if tiny living isn't for you, this discussion will encourage you to challenge the status quo, so you can begin making room for your best life. Great things happen when you stop working toward someone else's idea of a meaningful life and start working toward your own!
Your perspective matters!
