A railroad mechanic by trade and a part-time Uber driver, Alec launched a podcast named First Class Fatherhood, with a vision to change the narrative of what true fatherhood means. His goal was to give dads an opportunity to encourage others by sharing the experiences and wisdom they’ve gained during their respective journeys.
