Alessa Caridi is a certified Pilates instructor, artist, dance technician, and functional fitness speaker. She has a passion for perfecting her healthy self, fully understanding the wonderful machine that is the human body, and passing along her knowledge to her clients. Alessa’s passions were ignited during her time at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she studied anatomy and performing arts and obtained her B.A. in World Arts and Cultures, Dance Concentration.
Alessa has lived and danced on 3 continents. From her time abroad, she's witnessed how other cultures care for their citizens' mental health. But, her 3 years in Japan, showed her the care and emphases the Japanese put on their physical health. After years of seeing the daily Japanese practice called Radio Taiso, she knew it had to come to the states.
