Ashley Bright

I attended a Fast Pitch event where several nonprofits presented their organizations in a way that blew my socks off! Through my philanthropic work over the past thirty years, I had heard hundreds of presentations from organizations requesting funding, but I had never seen anything of this high caliber. I knew immediately that I needed the help of whomever was behind these great pitches. After some investigative work, I finally found Ashley Bright. I immediately hired Ashley for individual coaching on presentation training. He helped me develop and deliver a presentation for Angel Charity for Children, Inc. He worked with me to make Angel Charity’s mission understandable and compelling. Ashley made sure that I had the communication skills to deliver my presentation with impact and helped me get it on video so I can use it over and over. I had fun working with Ashley because he is personable, friendly and bright (pun intended.) I also took a workshop from Ashley. In it, I developed an elevator pitch that I use all the time. The elevator pitch is not only a short preview of my organization, but is also easy to use in casual conversation. His teaching style is very upbeat and left all the attendees excited about their projects. After the workshop was over, no one wanted to leave the room! I would recommend Ashley Bright to anyone that wants to learn how to present their organization with clarity and strength. You will be amazed how good he can make you look! Ashley led an excellent session with our Board of Directors on how to communicate with donors and the public at large. Ashley brought a dynamic and personal touch, helping our board not only craft their story about why our organization is important to the community but why it is important to them personally. Ashley is engaging, humorous, and has the perfect energy so that everyone stayed focused throughout the interactive workshop.

I attended "Mastering the Art of Conversations" presentation during Phoenix Startup Week and found the content Ashley shared immediately useful. Ashley is encouraging, positive and empowering. He breaks down the anatomy of a conversation in an extremely applicable way to ultimately allow you to push through conversational small talk/networking fear and give you the tools you'll feel confident to put into action. I would 100% attend another event where Ashley shares his insight.

Ashley's session on Mastering the Art of Conversations was one of the top speaker sessions I attended at PHX Startup Week in 2019. He paved a path for the session attendees to better understand the steps they could take - starting right then and there - toward becoming more effective in conversations. I have found that in the weeks following the session that I am listening more actively to the people I am meeting with, I am fostering a more sincere level of connection, and am more consciously asking better questions. If you have the opportunity to attend one of Ashley's sessions or have him speak for your group, don't pass up the opportunity!

Met Ashley at one of his presentations on how to make networking 'work'. He gave a straight forward presentation with some GREAT nuggets to leave with. And, he showed a few cool tricks (one of them a LinkedIn networking tool I never knew existed). I don't know him very well, however, I was impressed with his delivery and felt as though it was a friend who was teaching/presenting as he tried to help me vs. sell me. Would highly recommend and will personally consider in the future for assistance in creating a presentation or having him facilitate training for colleagues.
