Beth Carter launched Beth Carter Enterprises in 2011, a thriving business that encompasses executive, business, and career coaching, workshops and presentations, and the DISC, Motivators, and Emotional Intelligence assessments. She serves as a “thought partner” for executives and middle managers of small and Fortune 500 companies, business owners, and those that want to have more fulfilling careers. Beth has been a public speaker and trainer since she was 15 years old. Her unique style has worked with a wide variety of audiences including corporations, academic institutions, career transition groups, state agencies, and women's groups. In addition, Beth is a blogger and author, and has been featured in the Huffington Post and Yahoo Education.
Beth is also the President of Carter Consultants Ltd. (www.carterconsultantsltd.com), an international executive search and research firm she founded in 1991. She holds an MBA in Marketing Manangement from Baruch College and graduated cum laude from Bryant University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), and an Adjunct Professor in the Executive Development Center and undergraduate program at Bryant University. Beth serves on the National Alumni Council at Bryant University and the Board of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, and formerly with the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and the International Coaching Federation - Connecticut Chapter.
