Bob Elster is passionate about growth! Everything that he does personally and professionally is about helping people and organizations grow. He has been speaking for many years. As a previous professional member of the National Speakers Association he has taken the time to refine his craft, ensuring a powerful presentation every time. Bob is also a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Life Success Consultant and a Certified Thinking Into Results Facilitator. At the time of this writing Bob has founded 2 businesses, both in the coaching and consulting industry.

When Bob is not speaking or coaching he can often be found spending time with his family. He is married and has two kids, who he spends lots of time with. He can often be found coaching there sports teams or taking fun trips to primarily warm places with nice beaches. Bob is also very involved with his church, where he volunteers as a youth leader and preaches from time to time.
