Bobi Siembieda is the founding principal of Conrad Business Results. Energized by the American entrepreneurial spirit, Bobi helps company leaders work together as a more cohesive, functional team and ensures that everyone in the organization makes progress each day towards achieving the vision, resulting in a better-run, effective, efficient, controlled, profitable, and ultimately, fun, business.
She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want out of their businesses, having either worked in, managed, serviced, or run entrepreneurial businesses her entire career. She is a teacher, coach, and facilitator of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. She works with teams to get them to focus on six critical components of the business, not the 136 things they have going through their heads daily.
Her successful outcomes include enhanced overall productivity, accountability, clear prioritizing of goals and directives to accomplish them, increased sales/profitability, fewer people issues, and improved time management. She also sees leaders able to take vacations and have time for clarity to pursue their passions.
Bobi spends her spare time counseling America’s small businesses with SCORE, working with a women’s group providing mentoring services to domestic violence victims, and as a professional mentor to students enrolled in DePaul’s School for New Learning program.
