The importance of teachers answering the call to teach but more importantly... to stay.
Bradlee shares his story about how his life was thrown into disarray as he lost his job, lost his home, but never lost hope. This inspiring presentation shows how Bradlee went from being a homeless pizza delivery driver to being a nationally recognized educator of the year.
This presentation focuses on leadership styles being more like the way a white water rafting guide trains and prepare a crew to navigate the waters of life, rather than using the outdated leadership style of a cruise ship captain, telling everyone what to do, when to leave, and where you are going.
