About
Most people teaching about the nervous system are coming from the wellness world. I'm coming from leadership and from my own lived experience of doing the hard work of understanding my biology, healing my nervous system, and learning what it actually takes to lead from a place of steadiness rather than survival. I hold an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and am currently completing my doctorate in leadership. I'm the author of two Amazon bestselling books, including my most recent on trauma-informed leadership, and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Before founding Resilient Voices, I spent seventeen years as a leader in the corporate world of big pharma and over a decade running my own consulting practice working with leaders and organizations. I founded Resilient Voices because I believe nervous system literacy is not a wellness practice, it's a leadership competency. And I believe the leaders who do this work don't just change how they lead. They change the systems around them. I bring rigour, honesty, and a perspective that doesn't shy away from the harder questions including why this work looks different depending on where you're standing.
