The global pandemic was a major time of refocus and adaptation for us all in so many ways. Myself included. I realized that I wasn’t serving my energy or filling my purpose in the corporate world exclusively. That the system in which I had done so well in wasn’t actually the best system.

The fact is, for better or for worse, we are living in a changing world, one that is no longer predictable for anyone, anywhere. The imbalance and constant disruption put immense pressure on us to live and lead authentically and with a clear purpose.

And what I’ve been leaning into more is the awareness that we as women are carrying much of the heaviest of the burdens. The unconscious complicity of going along with it all, without questioning – but ending up feeling incredibly burnt out and unenergized is a common experience for many of us.

Women so often end up becoming a human “doing” instead of a real, whole, powerful human being.

My purpose and passion are to help women find their strength, their courage, and their undiscovered power. Their power within. No matter who they, where they’re from or where they want to go to.

We’re not looking for perfection but to find ways to build resilience, harness our collective strength and flourish in our own unique way.
