I hold a Master degree in Counseling/Psychology, a Certification in Public Administration, Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified Career Services provider, and a Bachelor degree in Social Science. I am the owner of HireCulture, a professional development program that assist businesses with creating stellar experiential learning programs to recruit and retain young professionals.

As a career coach, I enjoy helping young professionals outshine their competition and land job opportunities.

I have served in human resources and higher education for 4 years. My experience covers a wide array of student services including counseling and career services. I bring a unique outlook to career development higher education by interrupting dated career techniques and strategically identify wins for young talent to create a name for themselves.
