Radically Transform Your Vision!
Cole Thomas came of age in the 1970s and began her journey into healthcare, racial, economic justice work during her first year at Bennett College. Cole has taught psychology and presented at conferences like Butch Voices in Oakland and Georgia Women’s Conference in Atlanta, providing keynotes and workshops. One presentation favorite offers practical steps for diversity management and inclusion, including the posting of updated information on the legal grounds for extinguishing public sexual/sexuality harassment. Another crowd favorite features Cole's results-driven system for honing vision, utilizing her Radical Contentedness model. One business manager noted that it "yields measurable results with a palatable learning curve."
A parent, playwright, image-coach, actor, and model, Cole fills training and coaching experiences with color, texture, and comedy relief. Make no mistake though, Cole's candid presentations push participants.
Cole is retired from professional counseling and enjoys writing, international travel, and day-trips.
