As a United States Marine Corps veteran and seasoned law enforcement executive, I have served in a variety of roles including Police Officer, Special Agent, Deputy Sheriff, and Assistant Chief of Police. These experiences have provided firsthand insight into leadership under pressure, crisis management, public trust, organizational accountability, and community engagement. My presentations draw upon lessons learned in the field and translate them into actionable strategies audiences can apply in their own organizations and communities.
