These Skills Are Simple & Will Change Your Life: Three of these skills are easy to look at and see how they can enhance your life. They are all associated with how the brain works. We can re-wire the brain, it is simple but takes consistent effort. That is why it is recommended that one skill is chosen by each person to take home and work with. The fourth skill, Parts of Self, is more complicated. There will be an overview of how the parts of your inner-self works and Cindy will then act out some scenarios and speak from these places in your psyche. Here you will gain an understanding of why you do everything you do (or don’t do).

Make Peace With Your Fate My childhood can be summed up in the poem about the girl with the curl in the middle of her forehead. I had parents that seemed to be super heros (and to many they were), but when they came home and closed the blinds these super heros were just wounded human beings. As a child I knew I was the one to stop the generational disfunction of my family – and I did. My story of Fate to Destiny takes people through a childhood filled with violence to a destiny of healing and helping others heal. You can take the lessons learned from your childhood and use them to reach for your destiny and happiness.
