As a DEI Speaker, through my educational & storytelling approach, on what the feeling of exclusion does to the brain and how we can embrace unlearning limited beliefs and break intersectional bias that are responsible for creating barriers in underrepresented groups career's progression. The workplace need more allies, more commitment from all sides. Researches shows that activating allyship help us see each other as human beings, be more curious, aware of internal and external biases therefore create a more caring environment with sense of safety. An invitation to every individual to feel concerned and part of the solution. My talks are not limited into reflection, I aim to make a call to action for continuous self-education and growth mindset.
