I bring 25 years of hands-on leadership and frontline experience in the developmental disabilities field, paired with extensive experience training leaders and sales professionals in the retail sector. Since entering the field in 2001, I have worked across front line staff roles, program leadership, training, and organizational development—giving me a rare, 360-degree perspective that resonates across industries and organizational levels.
