Deirdre Chong Smith is a Principal consultant leading the Toronto team in LifeWork™ Canadian Compensation Practice. She works with clients on various projects related to reward programs and specializes in the interpretation of compensation information to provide solutions for compensation related issues, and, using that information to add valuable insights for clients. Her expertise is in assisting organizations comply with pay equity legislation, job analysis & evaluation, market reviews, incentive plan design and looking to compensation data as a diagnostic tool in diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.
