Dianne's journey into self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-expansion started when she'd found herself deeply unhappy in her marriage and on the brisk of nearly bankrupting her first business.
She was pushed quickly into two situations that required she make a really big choice - keep moving through life as she had been OR, turn inward, take a good hard look at herself, and get TF out of her own way.
For years she had learned to quiet herself. She was in relationships where she did not feel safe fully expressing herself - partially due to her own struggles with vulnerability and partially due to her inability to set healthy boundaries for herself. she felt watered down, lost, and trapped.
At first, she looked to outside sources to create the change she was seeking for herself. To fill the void, to feel less lost, to feel more connected. She did the things you're "supposed" to do - the band-aid techniques that don't really require you take a look at yourself. These techiniques are appealing because they are soft and gentle. But for her, as for most, they just didn't cut it.
The choice to look at yourself as the source of your problems isn't always an easy one, but the way she had been living wasn't working and she knew that if she wanted to create the change she REALLY wanted for herself, she to start with herself first.
Now, she takes everything shes used to support her on her journey to support others on theirs.
