Who you are as a leader and how you show up every day...matters! This eight-week Group Leadership Coaching and Training Program focuses on just that-the “who” and the “being” parts of leadership; how to lead from the inside out. During the sessions, we will emphasize and explore the character and skill of effective leaders. Aspiring and evolving leaders will clarify their personal vision as well as the vision for their organizations and teams; truly defining how they want to be known as leaders, as a team, and as an organization. The team will also establish goals aligned with their vision and develop specific strategies for forward-thinking and action to reach the desired end.

Honesty and transparency are two of the hardest leadership skills to develop. However, regardless of where you lead-an organization, a team, a family, a business, or a country-honesty and transparency are vital. During this session, participants will explore the art of vulnerability as a skill, learn how vulnerability empowers those they lead, and gain a broader understanding of how to cultivate vulnerability in the work place, and realize the impact of vulnerability on the trust and integrity of the entire organization.

The primary purpose of leadership is to inspire action and develop other leaders. In this group coaching and training program, evolving and experienced leaders will continue to expand their leadership capacity by shifting their focus to growing other leaders.
