You don't have to be the leader "OF" the organization to be a leader "WITHIN" the organization. Leadership is not about your title or position, but, about your mentality. Leadership is about solving problems and improving the quality of life of others... "Be The Solution!"
Dr. Fields explains the difference between "sight" and "vision" and how having a vision for your personal life, business, ministry, community, etc., is vital. He covers three simple, yet effective steps to aquiring and fulfilling your vision. They are: 1. SEE IT... 2. WRITE IT... 3. WORK IT... This is for both youth and adult audiences.
Dr. Fields takes elementary/middle school age readers on a journey through his captivating children's book entitled The Prince and Mr. Breezy's Class. This is a story of a 10 year old prince who influenced an entire school by simply doing what his daddy taught him to do. He did what was "right" and not what was "popular." He was apart of the SOLUTION and not apart of the PROBLEMS at school. Dr. Fields also gives the students a 21 Day "Be The Solution Challenge" where the students have to identify a problem and attempt to come up with possible solutions over a 21 day period. This is leadership training and character development for the next generation and generations to come.
