Managing The Circle (R) - The art of managing the influences on your life in order to achieve success! (Professional and Personal) Whether you are in a management position within an organization or seeking to achieve personal goals, the challenges remain the same. Accountability for the allocation of resources such as time, mental focus, and or money, is often the difference in achieving success. Individuals must have the ability to clearly define success for themselves and or their organization. They must master personal discipline to align the resources under their control to optimize their performance. A leader must be inclusive and know how to foster the same skills of accountability and focus within those they lead. This workshop is based on Dr. Parker’s "Managing The Circle” (R) and will teach you how. This session can be delivered as a 60 minute keynote, 2, or 4 hour workshop.
