I’m passionate about helping high-performers create powerful morning routines and winning habits because back in 2011, I found myself trapped by my 9-5 job, my A.N.Ts.--Automatic Negative Thoughts, PTSD, lack of energy, and mental exhaustion while desiring a more expansive life.

I want to give you my step-by-step system to build powerful morning routine habits so that you can break free from the grip of depression, instantly scrolling through social media when you wake up, …from mental exhaustion causing you to whack that snooze button, and from guilt and the fear failure – so you can finally create a powerful start to your day to feel more productive and live life on your own terms.

I want to dispel the myths and confusion and give you clarity about how “every morning you should drink lemon water!” or “every morning you should work out!” Or “wake up at 4 am” may not suit you or your body type.
