Since then, thousands of people from at-risk teenagers to corporate executives have benefitted from LEO workshops. In addition to his ongoing development of the LEO platform, Raj frequently gives talks on how we can harness the power of our brains to unlock joy, improve physical and mental health, and elevate teams to higher levels of performance. There has been universal acclaim for the presentations as being life-changing, entertaining, and a call to immediate practical action.

Agile approaches—quickly cycling from creativity to critical review and revision—are a must in our rapidly changing and complex world, and they have enormous untapped potential for innovation, productivity, engagement, culture, performance management, marketing, sales, and customer success. But not everyone is ready for the unpredictability and negative feedback that agile incorporates. Fortunately, brain science has uncovered simple, validated methods that stabilize the brain for higher “agility tolerance.” This session teaches a practical toolkit of brain hacks that build adaptability, vulnerability, scientific fearlessness and more to help you guide companies of all sizes as they engage constantly evolving customer needs.
It is obviously a time of great stress and anxiety. There are some fascinating brain science discoveries that can explain why this is happening now, but more importantly, how we can quickly flip switches in our brain to become much more resistant to stress and anxiety thereby improving sleep, eating habits, and energy. More importantly, we can get our so-called Lower Brain out of the way so that we can become more creatively courageous and fulfilled in our lives whether that means building something, deepening our relationships, being more impactful in service, or being more effective and fulfilled in our careers. These can also be accelerated by activating the Higher Brain.
It is now a fact that you have unlimited potential to become more happy, effective, healthy, and more deeply connected with yourself and others. There is hope and you can make this happen almost immediately!
