Dr. Marcelle Davis has worked with both for profit and non-profit organizations across several industries for over 25 years. She has since opened her own consulting firm, Wilson Davis Consulting, where she assists clients in the collection and analysis of their workforce and recruiting metrics. Marcelle is skilled in evaluating business landscapes and implementing projects and policies that enable organizations to integrate inclusion in business practices. Additionally, she is experienced in providing organizational leaders with the tools and strategies that equip them to move from the ideation of inclusion to the integration of it. As an analytical strategist who understands the value of collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders, Marcelle conducts assessments to identify opportunities that increase overall organizational performance. In addition to her robust experience in diversity and inclusion, she also has a background in academia. Marcelle’s career in academia includes both the design and facilitation of graduate and undergraduate courses and the facilitation of courses that include but are not limited to Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Cross-Cultural Management, Diversity in Organizations and Operations Management.
Her consulting firm, Wilson Davis Consulting specializes in the areas of organizational culture, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management and strategic planning. Marcelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University, MBA from American Intercontinental University and Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She has published two articles in the Journal of Practical Consulting, a third in the Journal of Business Diversity titled Global Leadership and a book titled Measuring Inclusive Leadership with G.R.A.C.E.
