This preliminary session is the first in a six-part executive program that establishes the strategic foundation for responsible AI integration in educational institutions. The program supports leaders in developing governance frameworks and institutional policies for AI adoption—positioning this work not as a technical implementation task, but as a leadership challenge requiring strategic clarity, organizational courage, and principled decision-making across all levels of the institution.

An 18-week capacity-building roadmap for cross-curricular collaborative leadership teams, made up of school-level administrators and teacher leaders, designed to prepare staff to run DuFour-aligned Professional Learning communities (PLC) using PDSA cycles, ensuring Tier-1 differentiation vs. intervention clarity, and standards-based skill-mastery tracking.

My vision is to support executive teams in leading with clarity, coherence, and purpose in complex and rapidly changing educational environments. I believe that meaningful transformation, especially in the context of artificial intelligence, requires more than technical solutions; it demands strong governance, aligned decision-making, and the confidence to lead with intention and integrity. I partner with leadership teams to turn strategic priorities into sustainable practices, and I support leaders in strengthening governance, aligning policy with implementation, and building the capacity to lead change effectively.
