Educational Mental Health Leaders must embrace change alongside their colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students. Leadership is one of the most highly researched topics on the planet and takes many forms. Mental health leadership encompasses creating supportive and inclusive environments that prioritize the well-being of all individuals. This involves implementing policies and practices that promote mental wellness in our schools, workplaces, and communities, along with fostering cultures of empathy, understanding, and support. Mental Health Leaders in the school setting need to inspire others to prioritize mental health systems of support and cultivate resilience.
