Known in the leadership community as a "social architect of change", Dr. Yvonne Catino's career has spanned 35+ years in the leadership-organizational development field. Dr. Yvonne's purpose is to unlock human potential. In the mid 90's, Dr. Yvonne co-created one of the first leadership 360s in the market. Today, more than 46,000 companies use the assessment. Her approach to leadership and organizational development is largely inspired by Firestone's quote, the self-awareness movement, and a strong focus on the employee-customer-profit chain. She holds a Masters and Doctorate in Leadership, is a NLP coach, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
On the personal side, she loves kayaking (and often fishes from it), cooking (the fish she sometimes catches), golf, and reading. She reads, on average, a book a week, so her Kindle is loaded up. Her main vice is dark chocolate with caramel. One last note, The Curse of Oak Island is her definition of reality TV.
