He served as CEO & CAO for EC-Council University; Chair & CEO of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, the US standards body for management consultants; and COO of two high tech startups, and Mission and Aircraft Commander for Navy reconnaissance aircraft and an instructor pilot.
He has a reputation for excellence and high performance. In addition to being a facilitator for The Leadership Challenge® and certified LPI® coach, he has earned the Certified Management Consultant® certification from the Institute of Management Consultants USA, and been named Chair Emeritus and Fellow. He is also a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Dr. McNaughton holds a PhD and an MA in Human & Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute, and a BS in Physics from the US Naval Academy.
