She helps her clients achieve new milestones and goals through coaching for success, providing honest and direct feedback in a trusting environment.
Elise has diverse coaching experience, from early careerists to senior executives, front line staff, project managers, IT teams, and beyond. She connects with different leaders and learners with a style that creates a psychologically safe, caring and authentic space. This environment enables her clients to advance behaviors, perspectives, and skills to reach their future goals. She has an affinity for coaching women leaders with diverse backgrounds.
Elise has advanced facilitation skills and specializes in building high performance teams, cultural transformation, operational excellence, and strategy deployment. Through this work she has experience working with The Leadership Challenge, Leadquest, DiSC and MBTI.
Elise holds a B.S. from the University of Hartford and a M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She holds several certifications in Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, Information Technology, and Respiratory Care. She is passionate about servant leadership in non-profits. She is a Board of Directors member and committee chair for the Girls Scouts of Ct, a steering member of Women’s United, and a mentor for the Project Management Institute.
