Bio

Elizabeth Pearson is a published author, nationally recognized executive coach, and international keynote speaker who helps Executive Leadership Teams overcome subconscious blocks so they can get clarity around what will bring lasting peace and fulfillment.

She seamlessly blends a holistic coaching style with proven corporate tools to inspire teams to crush goals while being in spiritual alignment with their purpose all the while.

Elizabeth has the credibility to put audiences at ease because she too was highly “successful”— at least in the professional-corporate-image sense. She had it all — a handsome husband, a beautiful house in an affluent suburb of Chicago, two perfect young daughters, and the respect of her peers and clients. She spent the majority of her career in sales, working as a core team member for two massively successful startup brands: glaceau (makers of vitaminwater and smartwater) and Pirate’s Booty (that snack your kid's love).

During her career, she created and executed multiple sales and marketing plans for brands with little to no brand awareness or budget. Elizabeth solicited and secured national distribution for her brands in: Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Walmart, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Hudson News, as well as various other chain retailers.

She also managed national account reps, traveled weekly to present sales plans and objectives to various retail buyers, and spoke at national brand meetings on stages in front of 1000+ attendees; all while managing full P&L for $20MM retail accounts.

She walked away from it all to start her own coaching and speaking business because she never felt truly fulfilled in corporate America. Now she spends her time inspiring others to ask questions, examining their values, and ensuring they're in purposeful alignment with their highest potential.

  • Elizabeth did an amazing job of coaching a high potential group of women leaders at facebook. • Elizabeth helped our group of women leaders when we needed it most-- during COVID lockdown. Many parents in our group were struggling to juggle a lack of childcare with professional responsibilities, as well as looming fear and anxiety that were triggered by the pandemic. She gave mindest hacks, as well as tangible advice on how to cope throughout this time. The workshops resulted in an overall feeling of empowerment and a deeper sense that calm. She showed us that we can thrive during this time and no matter what comes around the corner next.

  • Elizabeth did an incredible job curating and delivering a workshop for our Parent's Network. Throughout the virtual meeting, we received tons of positive messages and high retention rates from our attendees. They specifically loved the content and actionable tips: leading with gratitude, coming to managers with solutions, pushing guilt aside, prioritizing self-care, and how to be an advocate for yourself. It was just what the team needed.

  • Elizabeth is the perfect balance of career and personal coaching! I found Elizabeth just after taking a “gap year”. I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted to do, but needed confirmation and a partner. Elizabeth confirmed that I could be my own boss and helped me rebrand my business. She kept me accountable and reminded me to slow down and enjoy the process. Resistance came at me in full force but having Elizabeth by my side I continued on my path. There are many reasons why I would recommend Elizabeth, but for me, it really boiled down to having a coach that was the perfect combination of professional and personal coaching. She challenges you to be a more centered person and makes you realize that your dreams are totally achievable! Elizabeth is an amazing cheerleader, no fuss career coach, and a spiritual advisor.

  • Elizabeth facilitated a self-advocacy workshop at Recharge as a part of our International Women's Month event series. The presentation was engaging, motivational, and insightful, and the content of the workshop was valuable and actionable. Elizabeth walked us through both tough, vulnerable topics and motivational content with ease and ultimately left everyone feeling connected and inspired. She also incorporated some of our internal team members as panelists to share our own experiences around self-advocacy and connect the workshop content to real-life scenarios within the company. I had multiple team members DM me afterward reiterating that the workshop inspired them to review their goals and desires, review & celebrate their accomplishments, & advocate for themselves with more confidence in the future.

  • I am a lead for my corporation's business resource group focused on women and for International Women’s Day, our team decided to host a virtual panel discussion for our company addressing gender bias. I reached out to Elizabeth as a possible moderator for our discussion. Elizabeth jumped on board and brought our panel discussion to life, literally. She was so thoughtful in the content she created to introduce this tough conversation. She created a safe environment for our panelists to be vulnerable and share their experiences in ways our organization could identify with. We received so much positive feedback and look forward to having Elizabeth join our next conversation with our other business resource groups. I could not be more grateful to Elizabeth for bringing in her incredible energy and experience to our discussion. She is a true subject matter expert and professional.

  • Elizabeth held a workshop on "How to know if you're on the verge of burnout- and pull yourself back from the brink" for Sendle team members across the US, Australia, and the Philippines. The team filled the chat with rave reviews and the panel discussion Elizabeth recommended was the highlight of the presentation. She was happy to make a last-minute pivot to a new topic, which was one I felt the team really needed. She was a pleasure to work with and made an impact in just 60 short minutes.

  • Elizabeth is a phenomenal motivational speaker who tactfully shares wisdom that is applicable to both personal and professional development. Elizabeth was an invited speaker at my Toastmasters Club and spoke on the topic of “No Such Thing as Failed: Reframing Your Stories of Failures to Springboard you to Success.” She not only outlined why this type of reframing is so important to our long-term success, but also gave us techniques to actively put this in practice. The examples Elizabeth used and the metaphors she employed to make her points hit home resonated deeply with me and others in the club. One of the highlights of her presentation was the live Q&A at the end. Elizabeth's on-the-spot answers to some pretty difficult questions were really impressive. It was clear she connected with the questions and the additional pieces of advice she was able to give were thus very highly tailored to club members. Elizabeth's speech left everyone motivated and excited to go seize the day. I can't recommend her enough for this type of role.
