Bio

I am a Prostate Cancer Survivor!

At the young age of 61 on December 31, 2015, I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. I was going to keep it to myself for a number of reasons but instead I told everybody!

I hope my story will encourage men to see their Doctor and get pre-screened for Prostate Cancer so they will be around to tell their own stories!

On Sept. 16, 2017 Prostate Cancer Awareness workshop that featured the Rev. Charles Williams Prostate Mobile Unit. 15 men were in attendance and all made a trip to the mobile unit to start the process of getting pre-screened for Prostate Cancer
