I believe showing up as your true authentic self is the only way to be an effective leader.
To the College Student.
As a college student I know what its like. (cliche I know) Really though, I understand and I know what we need. We need a confidence boost. We need to understand that we can change the world. We need to understand that we are all fighting the same fight and most importantly we need to know how to love and trust ourselves. This speech, if anything, was written from a struggling college student, me. Its from a place of knowing where I was and recognizing how I got to where I am today. I want to share my message with anyone who is feeling un-confident in their capabilities in any spectrum. You, yourself, deserve to be the best version of you.
Women.
You may be thinking "Women" is the name of your presentation? Yes. Yes it is. Women I AM HERE FOR YOU! Yes sister. You are powerful, strong, independent, tenacious, beautiful, and an influential member of society! Oh? You don't think you are? Stop right there because boy do I have a speech for you!
Confidence.
I LOVE a good confidence boost. In this speech I talk about my own confidence journey in this world where all we see are instagram models and juice cleanses. I recognize this world needs their confidence tanks filled and I am fully loaded, ready to fill them up!
