For far too long women, mothers have stood on the side lines of life, marking time until their children are grown and life for them can begin again. It is survival mode thay we are urged to embrace. I challenge women to reject that narrative. Life is for living now. As women we can look good, feel good, set goals, practice self care, and raise our children to accept nothing less. Women are not one dimensional. We have so much to give and contribute society. The very essence of who we were before children should never be lost in the process of raising them. Motherhood can look good on you. So show up for yourself. If I can do it with 7 children anyone can! I have 5 step to successfully thriving in in motherhood and will share these if given the opportunity to speak. Its our time! Mum like a boss and thrive on the journey.
