Agility and Flexibility in Leadership
More than ever, we are being called not just to adapt, but to be flexible in our leadership. “Change Management” is something we hear all too often, but what does it really mean? How do we change to meet evolving systems, new teams, and ever-growing expectations? This training/presentation explores three types of flexibility-- cognitive, emotional, and dispositional, and it outlines key action steps that professionals can implement with their teams, and themselves, in order to productively (and happily) navigate through change. Participants of this training/presentation will walk away with a better understanding of: 1. The difference between adaptability and flexibility 2. Three different types of flexibility 3. What flexibility looks like in action 4. How to apply the concepts to your team, as well as to your own work
"Firefly" Moments: Extraordinary Client and Team Care
We are all in the business of "customer service," no matter what our role, our organization, or our industry. So what does it mean to provide "firefly" service? This training/presentation explores the impact of going above and beyond, and offers practical strategies for participants to gain, and retain, a loyal client and employee base. Participants of this training/presentation will walk away with a better understanding of: 1. Participants will understand how they are in the business of customer service 2. Participants will understand the concept of "firefly service" 3. Participants will learn strategies for going above and beyond, and will understand how the "little" things go a long way
Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
Have you ever stopped to wonder how the work of Emotional Intelligence could be impactful in your own leadership? In this training/presentation, we will look at the four key components of EQ through a leadership lens. And because the first, and possibly most difficult, step in the work of Emotional Intelligence is “self-awareness,” we will also talk about what self-awareness means, how it shows up for us, and why it is the one step in our EQ work that many of us try to skip over. We will learn strategies for identifying our self-awareness blind spots, and be challenged to explore how we see the world, and why. Participants of this training/workshop will walk away with a better understanding of: 1. The four main components of Emotional Intelligence 2. What self-awareness looks like in leadership 3. Strategies for increasing their Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
